Athens is huge!!
We decided to just take a tour of the city and ancient ruins so we could see everything. This is what we learned...

1. Don't take tours, even if your a tourist... They walk real slow, you cant see anything and there are way too many people. If you accidentally decided to take a tour because you thought it would be a good idea.. Ditch the tour imminently.
   

2. Athens is real hot. Really really hot. Never go in the summer. EVER.

3. Athens has like 3 million people... It's huge!! and so so crowded. But still beautiful!

4. The Olympics were here once, OK more then once. They started here around 800 bc.

5. The market was awesome, and huge. this is not a picture of the market, just a tree. but i have no picture of the market. so sorry. it was so so cool though

6. Everything was fenced off. very disappointing. you couldn't get real close or touch anything. There was construction and renovations everywhere, which made for ugly pictures. So sad. But not this picture. This one is hot. Really hot.

7. So fun, totally worth the trip, and so cool to be able to see the amazing building and temples that were made so so long ago. Wished we had more time to explore the city and museums.
