So maybe Link is 4 months old, and we are just now getting around to blessing him...

We had a good-- waiting for relatives to be able to make it --excuse though.

And

It was really perfect.

Both mine and Matts parents came up. 

Along with a bunch of other family.

Plus

We got to use an heirloom blessing gown from the Gillries, 

it was sooo beautiful, and a couple generations old.

so special and perfect.

So I finally got my sewing machine out fir the first time since Link was born.

He has been taking semi regular naps for a few weeks now, and I have a lot more free time.

I decided to remake this blouse (can you believe how short my hair was....)

because I love it...

and nursing has made me a little bustier and I can't really wear it.... lol

On a Star Wars Quiet Book side note...

Sometimes people will send me photos of their finished quiet books.

Trish sent me an email with hers, and I am kinda obsessed with her improvements.

1- White underneath the yellow star wars letters.

Matt says it's the equivalent of sweatpants... lol.

I made Link this really cute Lion hat a while back, 

and 

I became obsessed with it.

Probably because it is so so cute,

and my baby looks so so cute in it.

I found an awesome tutorial for the lamb hat here.

The rest, I made up as I went.

And they turned out pretty great.

And my mom took all the pictures, that's why they are soooo good.

So I just realized that Lincoln turns 3 months next week

That's my new mom overly tired brain....

I am still claiming cutest baby ever though.

On a crazy hat side note.

How awesome is this hat my niece found for crazy hat day at school.

And

How awesome is my dad for whipping up something at the welding shop to make it stand straight up!

On a crazy pants side note.

I believe these are one of the only good reasons K-Mart is still in business.

Faux jean pajama pants.

And yes. We have worn them out with real outfits to see if anyone would notice.
