Mud Run

Mud Run
I ran the Mud Run yesterday, and it was soooooooo fun!
It was a 10K (6 miles) race,
with obsticles, and mud, and water.
and... it was actually a lot harder then i thought.
especially the first 1.5 miles straight up hill.....

SIDE NOTE: The last few months I have been getting really bad knee pain when i run...
I internet diagnosed myself with IT Band Syndrom...
Basically my knee hurts when I run, escpecially up hill...
Sooo... I found the most amazing stuff!!!

KT Tape!
It treats sports injuries, and stablaizes the area, and minimizes the pain,
and... lasts for 5 days!
Basically, it's amazing, and my knee didn't hurt during our 1.5 mile up hill death climb,
and it's my new fav stuff!

And... there is another Mud Run in the spring,
only 3 miles... can't wait!

  3. Of course you wore the cutest, shortest, tightest shorts you could find to remind Matt how lucky he is to be married to the hotest body EVER. You look real hot, real. I'm sure all those boys at the mud run were checking for a ring.

  15. Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter
and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab
inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
