Book List

I LOVE LOVE books, and read A LOT!
It's great, cuz Matt reads just as much as I do.
And since we're an old married couple now,
we usually just read together in bed before we fall asleep.
It's great!

My FAVORITE BOOKS...as of late.
In no particular order.

*Dune
*Hyperion
*House of Leaves
*Saga of the 7 Suns
*Enders Game
*The Road
*The Book of Mormon
*Between A Rock and A Hard Place
*Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close
*Pastwatch
*Twilight
(At least i'm admitting it.)
*Sevenwaters
*Hunger Games
*The Infinite Atonement
*The Proper Care and Feeding of Husbands
(Lame title Dr. Laura, but its a must read for all married girls. We all get a little crazy sometimes.)*Mistborn
*Endurance: Shackelton's Incredible Voyage
*Elantris

(Nicole, please add any of these books that you havn't read to your reading list, Thanks.)

On my reading list......

*Slan Series
*Bridei Chronicles
*Harry Potter
(Maybe. Everyone says they love it, but im skeptical. The movies are weird.)
*The Mars Trilogy

That's a pretty short reading list.
I will be done in like 2 months.
Any reading suggestions?
What's your favorite?

  1. Thanks for sharing. I am going to look into some of these that I haven't heard.
Loved Hunger Games. I just finished Catching Fire---the book that is after Hunger Games. Such a great concept for a book. Now, they need a movie!

  5. I love Robert JOrdan's Wheel of time. This would keep you busy for a while. Unfortunately, he died before finishing the last book. HOwever, brandon sanderson (mistborn) is finishing the last one, which has actually turned into the last 3. The first instalment came out in october, and he did a good job. I loved the mistborn series. ANyways, if you are feeling a huge, epic fantasy, go with wheel of time. I adore those books. Also, another big epic fantasy series that I loved was The sword of truth series by terry goodkind. Another 11 books there. I'm such a nerd.
