New Shirt

New Shirt

I sketched out a shirt I wanted to make the other day.
I've been really wanting to do something with a Peter Pan collar

I found the perfect fabric at a thrift store, and
I found the best pattern that I could alter to fit my sketch...

(and I love love shirt 3 and am real excited to make one sailor style.)

I love love how it turned out!
I think its my new fav,
and I love it event though matt says i look like a lunch lady maid.

  10. So, do I know you? A couple of weeks ago I clicked on your blog from a comment you made on my friend Becca Robinson's blog, and my first thought was that you looked really familiar to me. And then I just saw that you made a comment on my cousin Laura Hendrick's blog, and I thought, do I know you? How do you know Becca?
    And Laura?
    Well, at any rate, love the shirt. LOVE that purple jumper skirt in the making. Don't I wish I had the body to rock something like that..
    I also loved some pencil skirts you made a while ago. So much that I recommended my sewing student make one (the one with buttons on the side-bottom) and now she is and it's looking almost as cute as yours.
